Requirements:
Project leadership, transistor level analog and digital design and SPICE circuit simulation, layout tools, layout extraction and verification tools, characterization, unix, sed, awk, perl, C, and HTML capabilities are desirable.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Minneapolis Memory Development Group is seeking circuit designers capable of designing memories for state-of-the-art CMOS technologies. The candidate will be involved in the design of many types of embedded memories, including single port and multi-port synchronous, asynchronous, low-power and high-density SRAM and DRAM. The candidate will define memory architectures, perform detailed circuit design, perform timing and power characterization, generate compiler code, models, and many other intricate design tasks.
